Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Atlanta People Search does not save a copy of those queries on its servers. A message sent through our contact channel contains only what you choose to provide, and we use it to answer you.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review combined data to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
The limited data above helps us run the service, correct faults, measure visits, and refine content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Atlanta, Fulton County, and Georgia government portals, library collections, or outside search services. Information submitted on a linked site is controlled by that site's privacy terms, not this policy. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who May Receive Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs remain only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes stated above. Since visitor accounts are not offered, Atlanta People Search stores no account password or profile for you.

Atlanta People Search is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal data from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so it can be removed.

Your place of residence may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Georgia does not currently provide a comprehensive consumer privacy statute cited in the project research, though specific state and federal protections may apply. Because Atlanta People Search retains little data, we can check contact messages and server logs for a request. Use the Contact page. Records held by Atlanta, Fulton County, or Georgia agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to the responsible custodian.
